I mostly do IFS therapy.

For some people, in our work together we make ketamine (psychedelic) sessions part of the work.

I do therapy in my office in Downtown Evanston, Illinois, and online via video.

My fee is $225 per regular session (about 50 minutes).

I can slide that fee down if that's not doable.

I can also help with out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance plan has benefits like that. That often reimburses 50-80% of the fee.

I am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO and Northwestern University's Student Health Plan.

You can call your insurance company's customer service number to find out if I'm in-network or how they would cover out-of-network sessions.
